Strawberry-Mango Frozen Yogurt
3 cups strained*, plain yogurt
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup diced strawberries
3/4 cup diced mango
Stir the sugar into the yogurt. In a separate bowl place diced strawberries. Sprinkle with some sugar, about 1 tbsp, and let sit for a few minutes. Add the strawberries and mango to the yogurt and freeze in an ice cream maker according to the manufacturers instructions.
Makes about 1 quart.
* To strain yogurt, place in a mesh sieve lined with cheesecloth, place over a bowl, and refrigerate overnight. 2 cups of yogurt should result in about 1 cup of strained yogurt.
